I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching yoga since 2017. I worked as a senior clinical nurse in the NHS for many years and retired after 37 years as an NHS nurse. As well as teaching general Hatha yoga classes and one to one sessions where yoga can be tailored specifically, I also work for the local MacMillan service providing individualised sessions for clients.
