I am originally from Bulgaria and I have been living in the UK for the last 10 years. I am a relatively new yoga teacher, though I have been practicing yoga for years now and have been experiencing the benefits of yoga myself. In 2021 I decided I wanted to deepen my practice and signed up for a foundational yoga teacher training with my favourite teachers at Kindred School of Yoga.

After practicing yoga for over 30 years, Caroline qualified as a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) teacher in 2016. Since then Caroline has specialised in 1-1 therapeutic yoga, with clients ranging in age, backgrounds and physical ability. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Caroline volunteered as a guest presenter for RNOH’s podcast, providing guided meditations for patients and hospital staff.
