I am a certified teacher for Hatha Yoga, Yoga for Cancer and Yoga for Digestive Health. I have been teaching Yoga since Apr 2020. I am following traditional Yoga teachings and adapting the practice to make it suitable for people living with specific health conditions. I like to explore effects of Pranayama practice and incorporate it in my teaching. Groups I am working with are small so that I can dedicate my attention to every student.
