My name is Deborah Luton and I have been teaching Hatha yoga for around 8 years.  I run my own classes in the Poplar rooms in Stoke Gifford, Bristol on a Thursday evening (6pm),  which is suitable for any abilities. It consists of meditation, relaxation, pranayama breathing and postures (asanas). It's a small friendly class that welcomes all! A wonderful Indian practice that I love.

I also work at a local gym providing classes.
